One thing you’ll always find in our eBay store are Disney items. We love them. We collect them and we sell them because we can’t keep them all. Actually, passing up on a Disney item is a tough one for me but we see so much of it I just have to draw the line somewhere.
Part of the issue is that we live near Disneyland so a lot of park products end up in our thrift stores. These are our favorites. I try to stay away from the generic toys (Cars, Cars and Monsters Inc everywhere!) unless it’s a real find. For example, I bought that Frozen castle playset a few weeks ago. I almost bought a Cinderella’s castle playset but it was missing too many pieces.
We did find a couple of unusual items this week like these two art prints from Eric Robison. They’re printed on photographic paper, which is odd, but the colors are brilliant! They were sandwiched inside old, scratched up Dax frames so they looked like cheap prints until I took them out of the frame.
We also found a pair of Disneyland Main Street Electrical Parade padded, fold-up seats. They flip open to create a cushion and give you back support when you’re sitting on the ground or a bench waiting for the parade.
Cool piece of park memorabilia.
Are you a Disney collector? What types of pieces do you collect?
