TGX Stain-Free™ FastCast™ Acrylamide Kit, 12% #1610185

TGX Stain-Free™ FastCast丙烯酰胺免染制膠試劑盒為手灌凝膠提供即開即用的預(yù)混液，可應(yīng)用于SDS-PAGE或者PAGE。無需額外的操作，免染技術(shù)可在電泳技術(shù)后快速確認(rèn)凝膠中蛋白分離記過和在轉(zhuǎn)印后確認(rèn)印跡膜上的轉(zhuǎn)印效率。該試劑盒里分別有兩瓶分離膠和濃縮膠溶液，經(jīng)過1:1混合后加入適量的TEMED和APS進(jìn)行灌膠。免染技術(shù)：更快更好的成像，在蛋白定量中使用更準(zhǔn)確的總蛋白歸一化分析。
